Paula Abdul's Hit & Run

Straight up now jail me.

Former pop star Paula Abdul was charged with hit-and-run yesterday. She allegedly fled from the scene after her car clipped another vehicle on a freeway in December. If convicted she faces a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. On December 20th, Paula was driving on a highway about 15 miles northwest of downtown L.A. when she changed lanes and hit another vehicle. Don't ya just hate it when that happens? It's nice to know that I'm not the only one that does that! The accuser took a pic of the ordeal with their camera phone and wrote down the license plate number of the car, which led police to Paula. She's saying her car couldn't have been there because it was in the repair shop. But authorities found that the car was in for repairs the day after the incident, most likely getting rid of dents and scratches...lol. Paula is also said to have snapped at her friend on a recent trip because of the possibility that she might go to jail.

Paula...if celebrities can get away with murder, shoplifting, drug possession, among other things...you have nothing to worry about and won't go to jail. Although you're not an A-lister, so maybe you will. *shrugs*
