Save Lil' Kim!Posted in Gossip on 04/30/05 @ 4:04pm, by Reejii. D*ana's Dirt reported that there's a website where Lil' Kim fans can go and submit letters to Judge Lynch (nice name), the judge over her perjury trial (she was found guilty of lying to a grand jury). The site suggests that if the judge gets enough letters from people saying that they don't want her to serve jail time and how good of an impact she has on her fans' lives, he might not give her a jail sentence. Well, you all know how much I hate celebrities getting special treatment, especially from the law. As far as I'm concerned Lil' Kim can sit her hoochie mama ass in a cell with a fat dyke named Butch. Yesterday a Celebrity Scum reader sent me a copy of an email that was submitted to the Lil' Kim fan site: Honorable Judge Gerard Lynch; We are not fans of Lil' Kim, nor do we dislike her. We are simply citizens who feel celebrities should not receive any special treatment if they have been convicted of a crime. As they are in some respects role-models to their fans, a clear and strong message should be sent -- no one is above the law, crimes beget punishment and people, no matter who they are, will be held responsible for their actions. To be clear, there is no reason why Lil' Kim should receive any special treatment or leniency during the sentencing phase of this trial. Her life has not been exemplary, at no point has she tried to distinguish herself within the community (actually it seems she's taken strides to the contrary). However, even if there had been an established pattern of uplifting behavior, the bottom line is that she tried to cover up an egregious act and then lied about it to the authorities. And while we wish her no ill will, we do feel a fitting punishment should be handed down. We will continue our petition more vocally as needed. Thank you for your time, Respectfully, A select and concerned group... Hey, maybe if the judge gets more letters like that he might actually be inclined to imprison her. Then we won't have to worry about seeing her nasty coochie or her skankalistic fashion sense. *prays* COMMENTS

Looks like someone took the site down (or maybe they're experiencing heavy "save Kim" traffic?? hmm ....). It's unbelievable that her camp would even try something like this, though from all accounts Lil' Kim has always thought she was a "bit above it all." Nice grounding.
