Whitney Houston and Courtney Love: BFF

Most sensible people know that you wouldn’t send Abraham Lincoln to address the Klan anymore than you would send Courtney Love to stage an intervention. Old habits tend not to die hard, but Clive Davis doesn’t give a hoot about that.
The record producer responsible for discovering mega star Whitney Houston set up an intervention for the troubled singer’s much publicised drug problems with none other than Ms. Love, a veteran of the junkie rehab scene. Love claims sobriety is the path she walks now and has jumped at the chance to help another famous soon to be single mother as Houston has filed for divorce from hubby Bobby Brown.
Just when I thought Whitney might be getting her act together, along comes Courtney Love to ruin it. Those two will be hitting the crack pipe in the carpool lane any day now.
